If you do not interact with the Lost on the Links digital newsletter for a period of six months, we will stop sending emails to you. If you receive any other publishing from us and do not interact with the material for a period of six months, these will no longer be sent to you.

All data held by Lost on the Links will be anonymised after it has been inactive for a period of twelve months. This means it can no longer be associated with you. Anonymised data is kept indefinitely for research or statistical purposes.

We will keep your personal data if there are any legal requirements or if there is an open dispute.

You can re-subscribe to Lost on the Links at any time, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

UPDATES

We may need to update the Policy. The latest version of our Privacy Policy is always available on the Site. We will always notify you of any material changes to the Policy.
